Disney Hollywood Studios All Decked Out

Disney Hollywood Studios is all decked out this Holiday season. As soon as you hit the property you hear Christmas cheer and see festive decor everywhere. It seriously is a Winter Wonderland looking like the North Pole itself. There’s so much to see and do so let’s get to it.

I’m going to start with my favorite part about Disney Hollywood Studios and that’s Toy Story Land. It just opened this past summer and they were ready to bring out the Christmas decor this holiday season. All our favorite toys are dressed up for the festivities. You see giant Woody in his scarf while he greets us in. Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, Woody, and the Army Men are all in their best holiday attire.

There are some holiday overlays on some of the rides. Alien Swirling Saucers have Christmas music while you ride this attraction. Not gonna lie I loved jamming out to the Christmas music while swirling around on this ride. It’s so cute and fun it for sure puts you in the holiday spirit. Slinky Dog Dash is my favorite ride at Studios and you see Giant Rex and Jessie putting up the Christmas lights all around Andy’s backyard.

Ham makes a special appearance as a huge sugar cookie right next to Woody’s lunch box. As for someone who loves taking photos this is a spot you for sure want to get your photo taken at. While we’re at Woody’s lunch box there are some festive treats they have to offer like Cran-Apple Cinnamon Pastry that is festive and sweet.

Toy Story Land has so much Christmas magic how can there be any more throughout the park. Well as you leave TSL and hit up Echo Lake you see Gertrude with her Santa hat on. There’s typically a photopass photographer there during the day and night to get some great Christmas photos by the tree.

Frozen is one my favorite Disney movies so I always love to watch “For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration”. It’s such a great show with the story of Elsa and Anna told by hilarious Arendelle Historians. During the holiday season they show us something fun at the end of their show with fun holiday songs sung by Olaf, Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, and the historians. It’s so cute and fun, it just makes you feel the true meaning behind the holidays and that’s spending time with the people you love the most.

When it comes to dining, Minnie’s Holiday Dine at Hollywood and Vine is the place to be. It’s a buffet holiday dinner with your favorite five: Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, and Goofy. You can get unlimited photos with them in their Christmas attire and lots of good, festive food, music, and decor while you eat and enjoy the season.

Now as the sun set make your may to Sunset Boulevard for Sunset Seasons Greetings. This nighttime projection show is showcased on the Hollywood Tower Hotel. In the beginning, you see short clips on the billboard showing a different story about the joyous time of Christmas. There’s a Toy Story Clip, Mickey and Minnie reminiscing about the past holidays clip, the Muppets clip, and our favorite snowman, Olaf, as a clip too. The Hotel is lit up with bright colors and we get our favorite snoap falling down on us in the street. You truly feel the love of Christmas watching this projection show.

The best way to end your night at Disney Hollywood Studios is hanging by the Chinese Theater to watch the Nighttime Show of Jingle Bell! Jingle Bam! A night time production with fireworks, art production with animated characters getting us ready for Christmas Eve night. There’s fireworks, classic and modern Christmas music, and short clips of our favorite Disney Characters celebrating the holidays.

So many fun things to do at Disney Hollywood Studios during this holiday season until my birthday (January 6th). It’s currently Christmas Eve EVE (December 23rd) so enjoy these last few days of the holidays with the ones they love the most. Happy Holidays everyone ❤️💚🎁🎄🎅🏽
