Brunch at Winebar George

Welcome back to my blog! I have a fun, yummy blog post for you beautiful people. I love hanging out with my friends and doing fun things; so one of my favorite things to do on a Sunday is an infamous Sunday brunch. I’ve been to plenty of different brunch spots over the years from Vegas, Atlanta, Ohio, and Orlando. Disney Springs offer quite a few brunches at the restaurants there. Recently, I went to Winebar George and I’m going to write a review of my time there.

Note: I attended Winebar George brunch last summer with a friend that was hosted. You can see our experience on my YouTube Channel here. This blog post however was not hosted and all opinions are my own.

I’ve only been to Winebar George a handful of times for various reasons but every visit was as good as the next. I went there for brunch which they have every Saturday and Sunday from 10am-2pm. I love the ambiance of this restaurant. It’s two story with plenty of seating from tables, high tops, and couches. Definitely a place to hang with your girls or on a date.

They have a specific menu for their brunch with starters, cheese boards, and main plates. Different spritzes and spirits with their entire wine collection you can choose from.

For my beverage I ordered Frosé which has rosé, vodka, and strawberry. It is a frozen drink and was very delicious. After I finished that drink I ordered champagne for the rest of the time.

For a starter we order the Big Board which had variety of meats and cheeses on it. We split this board between three people and it was very filling. There were also almonds, berries, honey, jam, and crackers that came with the board. Nothing on this board was bad in my opinion. I really did love the honey and jam; it was the best when putting it on crackers. For my main plate I had the Steak and Egg Frites which I had a time before so I knew I was going to enjoy it. But this time my fries were very salty and our amazing waiter went back to the kitchen to get me some fresh, hot fries that were not so salty. My roommate, Sam, got the Burrata and her mother got the French Toast. The portions were great and everyone really enjoyed their food.

We even had the chance to speak with George (the owner) himself and complimented him on such wonderful service he had here and the food was spectacular. If you’re ever wanting to try a new brunch spot whether you’re a local or on vacation I highly recommend going to Winebar George for their brunch. I always have a great time when I’m there and like I said before the service and food never disappoints. Thank you for reading my review of this restaurant and I plan to do more while I eat at more restaurants on Walt Disney World Property.
